Michael H. Goldhaber's new Book chapter on the definition of Attention.

Michael H. Goldhaber who has been working (for ages!) on a new book on the Attention Economy, has recently made available a new section of his book. (still in draft). In this section, he tried to define the concept of Attention and presents different perspectives.
